On Tap 2024 Collab Fest Raffle

No Purchase Necessary To Enter Or Win.

1. Eligibility: This 2024 Collab Fest raffle is only offered in Colorado and entrants must be legal residents of the U.S., and 21-plus years old as of the first date of each applicable Drawing Period as defined below. Employees, officers and directors of On Tap CU (“Sponsor”), its subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members (defined as spouses, children, parents, siblings, in-laws) and those living in their households are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. 2024 Collab Fest raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
   
2. To Enter: 2024 Collab Fest raffle Promotional Period begins Saturday, March 30th, 2024  at 2 PM Mountain Time and ends at 6 PM Mountain Time on Saturday, March 30th, 2024 ("Promotional Period"). The 2024 Collab Fest raffle REQUIRES PARTICIPANT TO submit first name, last name and email address. Unlimited total entries, but one entry per person during Promotional Period. No automated means of entry permitted. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
3. Drawing(s) and Prize(s): There will be one (1) winners selected by 7 days after the event.
4. PRIZE – 2024 Collab Fest prizes valued at:  Cooler Chair (1) - $40, Beer ($30).
5. Prize Drawing: Prize winner(s) will be selected at random from all submitted entries during Promotional Period. The Prize winner will be chosen at random by the Marketing Team. The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to 2024 Collab Fest raffle. 
6. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfer of prizes permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Winners are responsible for the payment of federal, state and local taxes on the prize and for any other expenses not specified.
7. Odds: The Prize winner’s estimated odds are ODDS OF WINNING 1 in 50. The odds are determined by the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Notification: Prize winner(s) must come forward within seven (7) days. If chosen, the Prize winner will be notified by telephone or email. If the winner does not come forward to collect their prize within seven (7) days, another winner will be drawn until the prize is collected. Winner must pick up prize at On Tap location.
9. Limitation of Liability: By participating in 2024 Collab Fest raffle, entrants, or, if minors, their parents or legal guardians, agree to these Official Rules and to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors and advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and judges and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, and actions, and any liability of any kind resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from or arising from participation in the 2024 Collab Fest raffle or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or nonuse of any prize that may be awarded. Entrants or, if minors, their parents or legal guardians, agree that the laws of the Colorado will govern any and all disputes. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, computer, mechanical, printing, typographical, human or other errors relating to or in connection with the 2024 Collab Fest Giveaway, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the 2024 Collab Fest Giveaway, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Sweepstakes related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate, undelivered, delayed or illegible entries or postage-due entries or mail; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error. If in the Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of 2024 Collab Fest or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the 2024 Collab Fest raffle, the judges reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and/or void any entries submitted fraudulently; to modify or suspend the 2024 Collab Fest raffle; or to terminate the 2024 Collab Fest raffle and, at Sponsor’s discretion, conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the termination date. As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, participant, or, if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian, agrees that: a.) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; b.) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and c.) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and in no event shall participant be entitled to receive attorneys’ fees or other legal costs. Sponsor reserves the right to revise or withdraw this 2024 Collab Fest raffle or Official Rules at any time.
10. Privacy Policy: By completing and submitting a registration or entry form you signify your agreement to this privacy policy. The raffle Sponsors and Promoters reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this privacy policy.  Information We Collect and Disclose About You. We will collect name, contact information and your interest in any products or services on entry forms to notify the winners and provide requested information or services. By providing your contact information and agreeing to our privacy policy, you are consenting to be contacted in regards to our services as a credit union by email and phone. Winners will need to provide their Social Security Number, date-of-birth, physical and mailing address and present a government issued identification to verify eligibility and tax reporting requirements at the time they claim the prize.  We share information with affiliates CCU Insurance Agency, Inc. doing business as the Insurance Center located at On Tap Credit Union™ and LPL Financial doing business as the Investment and Retirement Center located at On Tap Credit Union™.  We may disclose all the information we collect as described above. We may also disclose non-public personal information about you to affiliated and non-affiliated third parties as permitted or required by law and to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have a joint marketing agreement. How we protect Your Information. We restrict access to non-public personal information about you to those employees who have a specific business purpose in utilizing your data.  Our employees are trained in the importance of maintaining confidentiality and member privacy.  We maintain physical, electric, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations and leading industry practices to safeguard your non-public personal information.
