Bryan is no stranger to the world of finance. Before tackling On Tap, he was the chief administration officer at WyHy Credit Union in Cheyenne, Wyoming, for seven years. He has 18 years of credit union experience and 20 years of experience in banking.
Bryan helps people and businesses build strong financial foundations and is often called upon to speak at groups and conferences to share this wisdom. His success story started at Colorado State, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree, after which he graduated from CUNA Finance School, MBL School, and has become a Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE).
When he’s not working to help his customers succeed, Bryan can be found volunteering at the Alliance for Suicide Prevention in Fort Collins, and enjoying golfing, skiing and his self-proclaimed status of microbrew connoisseur. He currently resides in Fort Collins with his wife, Casey, and their four daughters.

Terri Larson is Vice President of Operations with On Tap Credit Union and directs all loan origination and business service operations for On Tap Credit Union. In addition, she oversees the dedicated business and personal member services teams, including the branch managers, financial advocates, and all other member-facing team members.
Terri brings 21 years of credit union experience to her role at On Tap, including serving for eight years as Vice President of Lending and Retail Operations with Highmark Federal Credit Union in Rapid City, South Dakota.
Terri holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix with a certificate in management. In addition, she has earned a Banking and Finance certificate from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, as well as a Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) designation, and is licensed in Life, Health and Accidental Insurance, FHA DE.

Rhiannon Myers is Branch Manager of On Tap Credit Union’s Arvada Branch. She brings more than 20 years of financial industry experience to her role with a focus on business banking, lending and underwriting, retail branch operations and employee mentoring. Rhiannon is committed to leadership, effective management and community outreach.
Rhiannon is a Colorado native, and embraces the outdoor lifestyle, including camping and fishing with her husband, Ian, daughter, Katy, and their two dogs.

Ed Flores joined On Tap Credit Union in 2017 as the Enterprise Risk and Commercial Lending Director to help build the commercial lending program with a focus on craft brewers and their suppliers. He brings 16 years of experience in commercial lending to his role, including seven years working with distressed loans and financial institutions in the aftermath of the 2008 economic crash. His expertise spans loans ranging from $250,000 to more than $25 million.
He is also responsible for identification, measurement, control and management of enterprise risk. He leads the organization’s risk management, fraud prevention and security teams, and oversees the credit union’s compliance, collections and card services functions.
Prior to joining the On Tap team, he worked on and managed teams responsible for resolving failed financial institutions for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. He also gained extensive experience in credit risk management, commercial lending and problem loan resolutions through roles with increasing responsibility at the St. Louis offices of Citibank, Regions Bank and Premier Bank, and at Granby, Colorado-based Grand Mountain Bank.
He holds a graduate degree from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Eckerd College in Florida.
