To enroll in direct deposit, you’ll need to provide your employer with the routing number and the 14 digit MICR line account number. Choose an Overdraft Protection option

Choose one of the following convenient options to protect yourself from returned checks, late payments and other inconveniences caused by insufficient funds.

Savings Account
Designate a savings account as your overdraft account. If you withdraw more than is available in your checking account, we’ll automatically transfer the exact amount needed to cover the transaction up to your available funds. Transfer fees and restrictions may apply.
On Tap® Credit Card
Open an On Tap Credit Card and tie it to your checking account. If you don't use it, it costs nothing. If you have insufficient funds in your checking account to cover a purchase, it will be charged to your credit card.
 
Privilege Pay Services                                                                                                                 

Privilege Pay is one way we help members avoid insufficient fund hassles. In qualified instances, we’ll pay overdrafts up to an approved limit for one low fee per overdraft transaction. You can set up alerts in On Tap Online Banking and On Tap Mobile Banking to notify you if Privilege Pay is activated.

Privilege Pay is not a loan. Before using Privilege Pay, we will first attempt to clear the item by using any other Overdraft Protection plan you may have in place. Privilege Pay is not available for Teen Checking Accounts.

How does it work?

Every checking account is automatically included in the Privilege Pay program after six months of a satisfactory history. No application or additional signature is required for checks and ACH/electronic payments. To sign up to have debit card transactions covered by Privilege Pay, please contact us at 303.279.6414.

How do I opt-out of Privilege Pay?

At your request, your account can be removed from coverage of any future Privilege Pay overdrafts. Call us or visit a branch to opt-out.

Please note that we are not obligated to notify you before we pay or return an item or deny a transaction. The amount of any overdrafts plus any applicable fees are due and payable upon demand. If we pay an overdraft with more than one owner, each owner is jointly liable for such overdrafts and/or fees.
