Banded Oak Brewing Co. was founded in 2016 and located in the historic Baker neighborhood in Denver, Co. They are known for their specialty in wine barrel-aged beers that utilize the unique and ever-changing oak barrel flavor characteristics. Both hardcore beer geeks and patio drinkers alike enjoy their wide variety of classic and unique styles which in 2018, won them a gold medal at the Great American Beer Festival for Drunkard’s Cloak, a delicious aged ale in a Pinot Noir barrel.
Chris Kirk (head brewer) combines both traditional and non-traditional ingredients of the best quality to create Banded Oak’s in house brews.
Banded Oak Brewery focuses on pouring the perfect beer, which happens through their twelve tap system. Small batch bottling is not out of the question down the road however.
