TruHome Solutions, partnering with On Tap Credit Union™, is excited to announce that we are improving your mortgage loan experience with an updated servicing system. We have contracted with Black Knight Financial Services, purchasing their MSP servicing system - the premier mortgage servicing system in the industry. Our conversion project is nearly finished, and we will go live on the new system at 7:00 a.m. on April 3, 2017.
This investment provides On Tap Credit Union members with many enhancements, including:
A new, superior member website, Customer CareNet (CCN). In addition to providing much more information about your mortgage loan, CCN offers the ability to make online payments, view and print mortgage statements, and much more. CCN also offers members Notifications. You can choose to receive an e-mail notification each time a payment is received and processed, a payoff is processed, or tax or insurance payments are made on your behalf. To enable Notifications, simply go to the My Loans section, select Notifications, and pick which e-mail(s) you would like to receive.
Upgraded telephone technology, fully integrated with your mortgage loan information. With this technology, you will be able to easily obtain more information about your mortgage, as well as perform many additional actions without the need to speak with a member or our team. But, if you prefer to speak to a member service representative, rest assured that you always will have that option. Our phone number for mortgage servicing, 877.835.0940, has not changed, but some of the prompts will be different. So, please listen to the recording in its entirety and select the option that most fits your needs.
Our team has worked very hard to ensure minimal impact to the members we serve. However, there are some changes that will affect you. First, the web address for online mortgage activities will change. Click here to visit the the new website for access to CCN. Also, we do apologize that you will need to establish a new username and password when first logging into CCN.
To ensure a smooth system conversion, our servicing operations will be shut down at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, March 31, 2017. We will resume operations on Monday, April 3, 2017, at 7:00 a.m. Over this conversion weekend, we will NOT be able to accept phones calls, allow website access or process payment activity. Any payment activity received by mail, ACH, or bi-weekly payments that are scheduled to be drawn during our conversion weekend will be posted on Monday, April 3rd, and effective-dated to the time of actual receipt. So, there will be no negative effects of our conversion on your credit.
